Barbara Patton held the ranch together through long days, hard seasons, and a family built by choice. While others rode out before sunrise, she made sure everything—and everyone—was ready for the day ahead.
This bourbon barrel–aged coffee honors her steady presence. Aged slowly in oak barrels, then roasted to order, it reflects all that defined her life.
Tasting Notes:
Warm notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and cocoa with a subtle bourbon sweetness
Finish: Long, smooth, and gently warming
Body: Medium-full and silky
Acidity: Low and balanced
Green coffee beans are rested for 30 days in a freshly emptied bourbon barrel, allowing time, NOT FORCE, for the wood, char, and spirit to gently infuse the beans. No flavorings. No additives. Just patience, temperature, and care.
After aging, the coffee is roasted to order, ensuring the barrel character remains balanced—never overpowering—while preserving the integrity of the bean.
